Our original enquiry ended without a sale , mainly due to price level ,but after comparing various main Citroen dealers since , it became apparent that Wilmoths at Folkestone had a professional and experienced attitude with our contact, Daniel Kemp. No pressure to buy , as many test drives as necessary. Plenty of time to negotiate prices , aftercare services, etc. We did buy and were very happy with our experience at Wilmoths, Folkestone.

We are very happy with the sales team particularly Adam Ososki who went out of his way to speed things up. Staff in general are friendly and helpful and our new car is very enjoyable to drive.

I recently bought my car from here, a Citroen Cactus. Very pleased with the car. Even more pleased with the service. My purchase was dealt with through a gentlemen called Adam who was great help through the entire thing from start to end. Very transparent about how everything worked and what he was doing. I also had to take my 1 year old son with me on both occasions and Adam was very patient through the process whilst he was misbehaving. I would definitely come back to but my car, I just hope the servicing customer service is as good as the sales.

Have bought from Matt at this dealership previously..very good service.Considering buying another used car. Went in yesterday for a look. Back today and took out 4 vehicles for test drives. No complaints from Matt who had to juggle all the cars on the forecourt. Have come home to make a decision...no pressure put upon us...makes a nice change at car dealerships. Would highly recommend them.

Always great service. Old car broke down the day before our holiday. Wilmoths sold us a new car, cleaned and serviced it and we got away on time. Servicing is great and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Personal customer care. Excellent.

Very friendly, willing sales team. As we were buying the car mainly for one of our dogs, Dave suggested coming back with him for a 'test drive'. Sam then took over from the test drive onwards. Extremely happy with the service, the vehicle was very well presented and would recommend Wilmoths to anyone.
